I have not access to Goldeneagle IP address using a WEB browser

Follow the steps below:

  • Check IP address class and network mask of the PC.
  • Check that an other equipment has not the same IP address than the Goldeneagle.
  • Check that you are using a crossed cable for a direct connection between the Goldeneagle and the PC.
  • Check that your are using a straight cable for a hub connection or a switch.
  • Check Goldeneagle LAN settings.
  • Check Goldeneagle Web settings (Login and password).
  • Check gateway settings (if any).
