
- I have not access to Goldeneagle IP address using a WEB browser
Follow the steps below:
- Check IP address class and network mask of the PC.
- Check that an other equipment has not the same IP address than the Goldeneagle.
- Check that you are using a crossed cable for a direct connection between the Goldeneagle and the PC.
- Check that your are using a straight cable for a hub connection or a switch.
- Check Goldeneagle LAN settings.
- Check Goldeneagle Web settings (Login and password).
- Check gateway settings (if any).
