Client MANAGER : a new way to increase revenue from your network

One innovative Audemat RADIO AND TV NETWORK MANAGEMENT solution is to allow clients to receive status reports on the continuity and the quality of the signals that carry their content. Using the Broadcast MANAGER, you can filter the received alarms and forward them to each associated customer.
Some common filters are:
- Stations: to send only alarms that occur on certain station(s)
- Areas: to route alarms based on geographic area (region or market)
- Types: to route certain types of alarms to the technicians and others to clients or management.
Allows the client to acknowledge their alarms
In the Client application, some additional services are offered:
- The Area map can be displayed full screen.
- Alarms on the map are displayed using 4 colours (there are 2 in the Broadcast MANAGER)
- A Reminder of stations being monitored is displayed in a table in the map screen
- The client can define his (or her) mail / fax information (see illustration)

The manager's unique database gathers information from all remote units.
Alarm management
A few clicks displays all alarm details, acknowledgements, and notes from authorized users.
The last 3 alarms are continuously displayed on all screens.
Preventive maintenance actions can be undertaken following incident report.
Configuration management
This module allows consultation and configuration of all monitoring sites (list of equipment on the site, parameters of all channels and their relevant monitoring settings).
Centralized access to GOLDENEAGLE operations
All functions from multiple sites can be handled efficiently and directly through the Manager:
- Average measurements over an hour or a day
- Real-time measurements
- Real-time audio streaming (selectable bandwidth)
- Webcam image viewing (upon request or triggered by motion sensor on-site)
- Spectrum management with 3D scanning visualization
TOTAL IP SERVER CONCEPT
The Broadcast Manager web server is remotely accessible via ethernet (i.e. no specific software required except a web browser). In this way, multiple users can simultaneously access the database.
All types of ethernet and modem communication can be used (IP, analog and digital telephone line, GSM).

The server based structure with powerful calculation capacity and open IP communication access enables multiple tasks to be carried out simultaneously.
