Why should I put RDS on my station?
- Put your station's name, slogan, or call letters on the radio dials of your listeners.
- Send a code to let new listeners find you by scanning for your program type (format).
- Show the title or artist name for the song that's currently playing. You can also send this information to RDS-equipped billboards, attracting new listeners when they see their favorite songs.
- Show website addresses, call-in numbers, the name of a host or interview guest.....
- Send advertisers' text messages while you broadcast their commercials.
- Switch listeners to other desired frequencies as they drive out of your transmitter's range.
